The feel-good weekend of the year is back!

WellFest in association with Gym+Coffee returns to The Royal Hospital Kilmainham on May 7th and 8th.

Now in it's seventh year, Ireland's largest outdoor health, fitness and wellness festival is hosting it's biggest line up ever.

Household names like Joe Wicks MBE, Dr. Alex George, Niall Breslin, Maeve Madden, Niamh Cullen and many more will be taking to the stages.

The weekend is packed with fitness classes, food demos, inspiring talks, yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, tasty food, kids wellness and more.

Line Up

This year's festival line up will see fitness and wellness experts all over take to over 15 stages.

Joe Wicks MBE

International fitness and healthy eating phenomenon Joe Wicks MBE will take to the ‘Gym+Coffee Main Stage’ to do a live workout. He'll also appear in the WellTalk area for a Q&A. If you're a fan of Joe's books he'll be doing a reading of his new children’s book The Burpee Bears, and signing books in the Dubray Books tent.

Dr. Alex George 

A&E doctor, UK Youth Mental Health Ambassador and former Love Island star Dr Alex George will have a discussion on mental health in the WellTalk area.

Maeve Madden

Fitness instructor and founder of the Queens Don’t Quit community Maeve Madden will host two workouts on the Gym+Coffee Main Stage. She will also be hosting classes all weekend in the Queens Don’t Quit area.

Niall Breslin

Author, podcaster and mental health advocate Niall Breslin, aka Bressie, will take to the WellMind stage to host a mental health discussion.

Niamh Cullen

Fitness coach and lifestyle influencer Niamh Cullen will take her ‘Sunrise Club’ workout to the Gym+Coffee Main Stage.

Gerry Hussey

Best-selling author, motivational speaker and coach Gerry Hussey will return to the WellMind area for a series of talks with Miriam Kerins Hussey, along with special guests. He'll also host a meditation session on the Gym+Coffee Main Stage.

Kimberley Wilson and Clodagh Campbell

Psychologists Kimberley Wilson and Clodagh Campbell will also be delivering talks in the WellMind area.

Trisha Lewis

Chef and best-selling author Trisha Lewis, aka ‘Trisha’s Transformation’, will host a cooking demo from the WellFood tent.

Cat Meffan

International yoga star Cat Meffan will take to the Gym+Coffee Main Stage and WellYoga area to guide yoga flows.

Jenny Keane

Holistic sex educator and tantra yoga expert Jenny Keane will deliver a holistic sex education talk at the WellTalk. She'll also host a trantra yoga class in WellYoga.

Le’Nise Brothers

Yoga expert and nutritionist Le’Nise Brothers will deliver a talk in the WellTalk area on how to harness your menstrual cycle, as well as guiding a yoga flow in WellYoga.

The Royal Hospital Kilmainham will come to life with different styles of fitness classes, food demos, inspiring talks, tasty food and kids wellness.
