• Today FM’s decision regarding prize winners will be final, and no correspondence regarding that decision will be entered into.
• Today FM prizes are non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the prize winner.
• Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant, i.e. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
• Today FM will keep prize winner(s) personal details for a reasonable time in order that prizes can be sent to the prize winner(s); rules can be verified to have been complied with and for accounting purposes. Today FM may only pass prize winner(s) details on to our third parties or sponsors for the purpose of delivering the prize.
• Today FM Competitions are open only to residents of the Republic Of Ireland.
• For competitions requiring entry by text, the number is 087 4100 102.  Standard network charges apply.
• Today FM will ensure that all prizes are delivered within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible, the station will notify the winner of a delay.
• All prize winners have 12 months to claim a prize and if we or our client company do not receive any correspondence (pertaining to their address or other details) in that time period their claim is null and void.
• When, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize is not available, Today FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
• From time to time the station may offer a cash alternative to a specific prize, but is under no obligation to do so.
• Today FM accepts no responsibility for failure due to circumstances beyond our control, to fulfil a competition, which involves a third party but has no specific cash value, e.g. meeting an artist. We will however, on all occasions strive to provide a substitute prize of equal desirability to the winner. Unfortunately, the company cannot accept responsibility if these attempts do not meet a prizewinner’s expectations.
• In on air competitions, failure to appear on air will unfortunately disqualify an entrant whether this occurs due to operator error or other technical errors.
• The prizes will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the supplier of the prize to the Promoter.
• The Promoter/Today FM shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise caused by acceptance of these terms or in connection with the Prize or the Competition.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter/Today FM reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition without notice.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the above rules will be disqualified automatically. Today FM reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion

Las Vegas Competition T&Cs

Terms & Conditions

This prize (the “Prize”) consists of:

1. Return flights for two adults only from Dublin to Las Vegas. Please see below for full terms and conditions of the prize.
2. Hotel accommodation for two in Las Vegas (provided by Today FM).

Note that a minimum advance booking notice of 4 weeks will apply. The Prize winner should first check www.aerlingus.com for their preferred flight date/time & request availability of their preferred option from their Aer Lingus contact. Please allow up to 2 working days for a response from Aer Lingus on availability & booking confirmation.

To book their flights, the Prize winner must supply the names of the 2 people travelling as per their passports, an email address, a home address & a contact number.

Prize terms and conditions:

12. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry. Aer Lingus Limited reserves the right to require proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time.
13. The Promoter of the Prize draw is Aer Lingus Limited, Dublin Airport, Co Dublin, Ireland (referred to herein as “Aer Lingus” or the “Promoter”).
14. By entering this Prize draw:
15. a) You, the entrant, represent and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, that you are eligible to participate in the Prize draw, and that all of the information provided as part of your entry is accurate, does not violate any third party’s legal rights (including data privacy rights) or any applicable laws; and
16. b) You, the entrant, agree to be bound by the Promoter’s interpretation of these Terms & Conditions which is final in all matters relating to the Prize draw.
17. c) The Promoter is entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify entrants or withdraw the Prize if they become aware of any possible dishonesty or fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
18. Entrants must confirm their entry to the Free Prize Draw by liking the competition post on Instagram and commenting underneath on Instagram who’d they’d bring with them to Las Vegas before the Closing Date.
19. Only one valid entry to the competition is permitted per person.
20. The winner of the Prize draw will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
21. There is no cash value or alternative to the Prize which is non-transferable.
22. Frequent Flyer points of any kind cannot be accrued on Prize flights.
23. Transport to/from airport and destination airport are not included in the Prize.
24. Prize includes flights for 2 adults only, travel must take place by 31st of December 2025.
25. Booking must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
26. Flight tickets are for economy class only.
27. Flight Tickets will only be issued by e-mail.
28. Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event passengers will be advised via e-mail.
29. Prize flights are subject to availability, and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel / holiday periods when there is limited availability, including but not restricted to: bank holidays, school holidays, Christmas and New Year, mid-term breaks or sporting events.
30. Travel insurance is not included in this prize and, if not already covered, it is recommended that the Prize winner purchase insurance prior to travel. Travel insurance is available via the Aer Lingus website at aerlingus.com
31. Any necessary visas are responsibility of Prize winner and their guest. The Prize winner should check with their local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
32. The Prize winner may be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition. The winner’s full name may be published on various sources at the discretion of Aer Lingus. The winner may be required to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further promotional activities related to the Prize draw. By entering, you agree to your information being used for this purpose.
33. Employees and contractors of Aer Lingus or its group companies or agents, their representatives and immediate family members are excluded from participating in the competition. For these purposes “immediate family members” include a spouse, partner, child, step- child, grandchild, brother, step brother, sister, step sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
34. If an entrant changes their mind after entering the Prize draw and wishes to withdraw their entry they can do so at any time by contacting Aer Lingus. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time and your contact details will be removed from the prize draw. Note this means that you will no longer be eligible to participate in the prize draw.
35. The Prize draw will take place on the 22^nd of June (the “Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
36. The Promoter requires the name, email and contact number of entrants in order to identify the winner and to distribute the Prize. Entrants should not submit any other personal data other than that requested to be provided. These details will be retained securely only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which we collected. The information you provide will be used by the Promoter in connection with the Prize draw and to deal with any queries and in accordance with the Aer Lingus Privacy Statement.
37. The use of a false name or address will disqualify the entrant from the Free Prize Draw.
38. The winner of the Free Prize Draw will be notified by the Promoter via Instagram no later than 7 days after the Closing Date.
39. The winner must confirm receipt of notification within one month in order to claim the Prize following which the Promoter will confirm the Prize delivery procedure. Failure to confirm receipt of notification within the stated time will result in disqualification and another winner being selected.
40. The Prize is non-transferable.
41. Aer Lingus reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or substitute the Prize with any items of equal or greater value for any reason and without notification.
42. The decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into in that regard.
43. Aer Lingus reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize draw at any time.
44. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss suffered by you in relation to this competition. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoters for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
45. The Prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the Free Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions.
46. Any disclaimer of liability by Aer Lingus under these Terms and Conditions is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show Kickstart Competition 

• Entrants are given the chance to "Kickstart the nation" with an upbeat song of their choice to be played live on the Ian Dempsey Breakfast show, weekdays 6am - 9am.
• The songs will be played within the first hour of the Ian Dempsey Breakfast show (6am - 7am).
• Entrants must give their name on submission of song.
• Each winner that kickstarts the nation is entitled to a piece of show merchandise as a prize.
• Each winner must provide delivery address for prize and if your prize is not received within 28 working days please contact the show.
