Every Tuesday on Ed's National Anthems, two Irish artists have tracks featured on Ceol For the Soul.

First up this week is Mom + the Rebels with 'Down By The River'.

Mom + the Rebels (formerly just 'Mom') is made up of Mayo harpist, banjo player and singer Lisa Canny, and Bristol-born producer and bassist DeJay Edmund. They have fused Lisa's roots in Irish trad and DeJay's roots in gospel music, and the result is pure gold!

Next up is Elgin with 'Oh Love'.

Elgin is Anthony and Paul, previously of The Young Folk, and the new name marks a new direction and natural progression for the band. 'Oh Love' is the latest track taken from their forthcoming album 'Weightless / Still' which will be released on May 28th.

Tune in to Ed's National Anthems Monday-Thursday from 7pm.
