The Olympic Council of Ireland says it has not seen and will not see a report into Rio ticketing arrangements.

Grant Thornton is conducting its independent review into the sale of tickets at the Olympics - the report will then be sealed and sent to Judge Carroll Moran to form part of his non-statutory inquiry.

It's expected that the completed report will be with Judge Moran by the 15th of November.

Meanwhile a Deloitte report into the OCI's governance was circulated to committee members yesterday evening.

It will be reviewed over the coming days and Deloitte will then finalise and publish the report.
