At least 28 people have been killed after airstrikes hit a camp in Syria.

The death toll at the facility in Idlib province, near the Turkish border, is expected to rise because of the number of seriously wounded - according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The camp is for internally displaced people.
