An airstrike at a refugee camp in northern Syria has killed at least 28 people.

Civilians were targeted by military forces - although it's not yet clear who carried out the attack.

More than 80 people were injured in the airstrike, among them women and children

White House spokesman Josh Earnest says it's intolerable.
