Is there such thing as "too early" when it comes to Christmas?
Not according to Galway Christmas Market who already have their eyes set on this year's festive period.
An application has been lodged for the market to take place between November 12th and December 22nd.
The plans include the ever-popular beer tent, international vendors and mulled wine tents at Eyre Square.
250,000 people are expected to attend over the six weeks.
So, is it too early to tuck into a selection box?
