The borther of British boy Ashya King, says a court could agree to transfer him to Prague for proton beam treatment today.
A family member spent last night with the five-year-old in hospital in Malaga, according to Naveed King.
He and his parents were reunited yesterday afternoon following their release from a Spanish jail.
