A 65 year old Cork man is vowing to get his driving text - after failing it 14 times.
Ray Heffernan from Mayfield says he has been driving for 47 years - all over Ireland and Britain - and that he is a good safe driver.
He says he's never had a crash and he doesn't have any penalty points.
