Dublin will need at least 35-thousand homes to be built over the next 4 years.
A new report by the Society of Chartered Surveyors there are over 2-thousand hectares of rezoned land in Dublin, which could deliver up to 100-thousand houses.
But planning permission is available for just 26 thousand units.
