A German court has confirmed that Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone's trial over bribery allegations has been suspended - after he agreed to pay a 75 million euro settlement.
The 83 year-old was accused of paying off a German banker in 2006 - as part of the sale of a major stake in F1.
Gerhard Gribkowsky is currently serving an 8 and a half year sentence for accepting bribes - but Mr Ecclestone has always maintained the payment was the result of blackmail.
