Painters are the best craic of any other trade, while carpenters are the worst.
That's according to a new survey of 1,000 people by Home Value.
18% ranked painters/decorators the best craic, 15% said plumbers, 14% electricians and just 11% listed carpenters.
But when it comes to good, honest trade electricians come out on top.
They were named the most trustworthy, the best timekeepers and the most professional.
They were also deemed the most expensive.
The survey also found that just a quarter of people are influenced by online reviews when booking a tradesperson.
