Energia has announced a price reduction on home energy plans from the beginning of October.
Customers across four different plan types will save, on average, between €300 and €680 on their annual bill.
Energia's price reduction on home energy plans will take effect on October 3rd.
Smart Meter Electricity plan customers will save an average of €357 a year, with a unit price reduction of 20%.
According to the company, the unit price on dual fuel plans will also fall by a fifth, to an average saving of around €680 per year.
Gas Customers' unit prices are also going down by 20% - saving the average customer over €320 per year.
Finally, Electricity customers will see their price per unit drop by 15%, saving your ordinary customer around €300 a year.
