Four in five adults are now binge-watching television series as catch-up technology continues to grow in popularity.
That's despite a third saying it leaves them missing sleep.
A quarter of those polled by OFCOM say they watch loads of shows in one go - because they don't want other people to ruin them with "spoilers".

The report has also found that young people are watching a third less live TV than in 2010, favouring internet catch up and streaming services.
On average, 16 to 24-year-olds watch one hour and 54 minutes of TV a day, compared to three hours and 32 minutes across all age ranges.
Lindsey Fussell, OFCOM consumer group director, said: "The vast majority of people said they found binge-watching relaxing, enjoyable and that they were glad to do it. But young people, interestingly, said it gave them something to talk about with their friends."
