Garda numbers have been cut so much that some stations in Dublin can't afford to send out a patrol car.
That's according to Fianna Fáil, which says the Garda numbers in the capital have been cut by 700 in the last five years.
It's promising to have visible policing on the streets of Dublin 24 hours a day if it's returned to government.
