Gardai have accepted the running man challenge set down by the New Zealand Police Force.

4.5 million people watched the original Kiwi version which features officers throwing shapes in a car park.

They then called on other Police Departments around the world to bust some moves on the beat.

Gardai at Templemore have taken up the baton and have posted their version on You Tube

They have now called on their colleagues in the North to show what they are made of and complete the challenge.
