Oklahoma's highest court has denied a request by the death row prisoner Richard Glossip for a new hearing and ruled his execution can now go ahead.
Judges rejected his lawyers' claim that new evidence proved he was innocent of murdering his boss in 1997.
Mr Glossip is due to be put to death tomorrow.
