The government's overhauling the rules for how language schools can grant visas.
From now on schools will only be allowed to issue visas to foreign students if their courses have national recognition.
It's after over two thousand students were left without the courses they paid for, when their colleges ceased trading at short notice.
Some of those colleges had been put under investigation by the government over their standard of teaching.
