Minister for Sport Shane Ross says he was shattered by the stonewalling by the OCI President at their meeting last Monday.

Minister Ross cut short his trip to Rio following the arrest of Pat Hickey yesterday.

He says an inquiry into the ticketing scandal can go ahead as investigations continue in Brazil – and what kind of inquiry will be decided tomorrow.
