Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a car bomb attack that's killed at least 13 people in Iraq.

The bomb went off at a market in eastern Baghdad this morning.

Around 50 people were wounded in the blast.

The car bomb attack comes a week after a similar attack claimed 36 lives in the Iraqi capital.
