People are being encouraged to get involved in a new social media campaign aimed at encouraging men to talk about their feelings.
Hundreds of people have been taking to twitter to post selfies with the OK symbol.

It's all part of the 'It's okay to talk' campaign which was started by Luke Ambler - the international Irish rugby league player who plays for Halifax after his brother in law took his own life.
A number of high profile people have lent their support to the campaign including Ricky Gervais and Rob Delaney.
