A judge in the US has dismissed allegations Taylor Swift got a radio presenter fired.
It was decided she didn't deliberately set out to get David Mueller sacked - despite his claim she slandered him, which led to his unfair dismissal.
Proceedings will continue because the star's counter-suing over allegations the DJ groped her during a backstage photo opportunity in 2013.
Taylor's lawyer, Douglas Baldridge, spoke briefly afterwards:
