It's being reported Justin Bieber has hit a photographer with his truck in Los Angeles.

According to CNN, the popstar struck the member of the paparazzi while trying to leave an event in Beverly Hills.

It's thought the singer then offered assistance to the victim, before he was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
