A man's been arrested after a British Labour MP, Jo Cox, was seriously injured in a shooting this afternoon. It happened in Birstall, West Yorkshire where the 41 year old holds advice clinics.
A witness, saw a man fighting with her, and says a gun went off twice before she fell to the road.
No motive has yet been established and Cox has been air-lifted to hospital.
Both official campaigns in the 'Brexit' referendum have suspended campaigning.
