Met Eireann has issued two weather warnings for a number of parts of the country tomorrow.

A status orange rain alert is in place for Cork, where between 40 and 70 millimetres is expected, with heaviest rain along the south coast and in mountainous areas.

In Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford, between 25 and 50 millimetres of rainfall is forecast.

The weather alerts will be in place until 6am on Monday morning.
