More than 100,000 people have now signed a petition to change a UK law that can force women to wear high heels to work.
It was started by Nicola Thorp, who was sent home from work as a receptionist, because she was wearing flat shoes.
Her petition to have the law changed - so dress code laws can't demand high heels - now has over 100,000 signatures meaning the UK parliament has to debate the issue.

So do the same rules apply in Ireland?
