Up to 100 new IT jobs are on the way for Cork, as SolarWinds expands its European operations in the city.
The company already employs 150 people at its base in the City Gate office campus.
Another 100 jobs are also expected to be announced in Fethard County Tipperary, at ribs and cooked meats providers Ribworld.
The announcements coincide with the launch of a 70 million dollar transatlantic investment fund, called 'Smart-Invest'.
It's hoped it will lead to the creation of another 450 jobs in other counties, by helping Irish companies expand into the US, and for American companies to set up bases here.
