Residents at the Longboat Quay apartment building are being assured by the council that there's no 'immediate fear' of them becoming homeless.
It came in a statement from the CEO of Dublin City Council this morning, as talks continue over who will pay the 4 million euro needed to make the building safe.

Meanwhile, it's claimed the docklands could be full of buildings with similar safety risks, and a full audit is being called for.
