The north's political parties have reached an agreement on a range of contentious issues following lengthy talks at Stormont in Belfast.
Under the terms of the deal a commission on flags, identity and culture will be set up.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan said the agreement -in 75 sections- covers a broad range of political, social and economic issues.
Minister Flanagan says the deal sets out a plan for financial and welfare reform and proposes a way forward on flags, identity, culture and tradition - through the establishment of the commission.
