Changing the bed sheets is the most hated household chore for 75% of Irish people, according to the latest BAD (Buckley's Austrian Data) research.

We found other jobs that people hate include cleaning the toilet - 45%, mopping the floor  - 22% and hovering - 15%

Irish people believe that you should change your sheets one a week, but in reality they only do it every two weeks.

The Good Housekeeping Institute says you should wash your sheets -- and other bedding -- at least once every two weeks. If you have night sweats, or just sweat a lot in general, bump washing up to once a week.
