The Public Accounts Committee is to contact the Gardaí over serious allegations made against individuals connected to the Rehab Group.

It's to forward a document received by Wicklow-based developer John Kelly directly to the Gardaí, and says it cannot deal with the allegations itself.

Meanwhile the committee's arranging a second hearing with the Rehab Group, believing that it has failed to answer the questions put to it at its hearing last month.
