Patrick Neary, the former Chief Executive of the Financial Regulator's office is giving evidence at the trial of three former Anglo Irish Bank executives.

Willie McAteer, Pat Whelan and Anglo's former Chairman Sean FitzPatrick are accused of unlawfully providing funding for the purchase of the bank's shares in July 2008.
