Ryanair will hold its AGM this morning as it continues canceling dozens of flights a day.
The airline has failed to fix its staff shortage by offering pilots an extra €12,000 to work through annual leave.
Workers rejected the deal and have discussed industrial action that could worsen the current situation.

The Irish Examiner says a draft letter signed by Ryanair pilots has warned they will 'work to rule'.
"We would like to advise that with immediate effect, the pilot workforce at the bases [airports] listed below rescind the goodwill that has been extended toward the company for many years, including working days off and turning up early. In short, we shall now ‘work to rule," the letter says.
The airline is cancelling 103,000 flights over the next six weeks, with affected customers being e-mailed with offers of alternative flights or full refunds.
Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary will host a media briefing at Ryanair HQ from 9.00am this morning.
