Schools are being encouraged to take part in the Sow and Grow Campaign and teach their students where their food comes from.
This year’s competition was launched in Dublin this morning and will see 30,000 seed packets and growing instructions sent out to primary schools who get involved.

Our Lady of Good Counsel Primary School in Dublin's Driminagh were last year's champions and the latest campaign was kick-started there this morning with dietician Aoife Hearne on hand to show them a thing or two about vegetables.
