There are fears that a report on regenerating DublinÂ’s North Inner City wonÂ’t go far enough.
A taskforce was set up last July following a spate of gangland murders, many of which happened in the area.
But locals and politicians have questioned whether the recommendations will go far enough or will be implemented.
Juliette Gash reports;
Kieran Mulvey has been tasked with preparing a report on regenerating Dublin's North East Inner City.
Paul McKeown is from the area, and says he's experienced discrimination in his job-seeking, despite having a Master's Degree and being fluent in Portuguese.
Locals were only informed yesterday that the report would be published today – with many questioning Enda Kenny’s motivation for his involvement.

Workers Party Councillor, Éilis Ryan says the launch could have been better thought out;
Commenting on the imminent publication of the Mulvey report, Labour spokesperson on urban renewal, Joe Costello has said:
"The Report is the response to the unprecedented level of gangland violence and drug dealing in the North Inner City over the past year, which is destroying the area.
"The Report has taken twice the length of time to prepare as intended. A recent presentation by Mr Kieran Mulvey to the local community gave only the broad generalities and was devoid of specifics.
"The Report will be a damp squib unless it contains a structured plan, a detailed budget and strict timelines for delivery. The local community must be included as stakeholders in the decision-making process.
"Finally considering the political vulnerability of the present Government and indeed the Taoiseach himself, it is essential that the package of proposals in the Mulvey Report is agreed by all the main parties in the Dáil."
