Politicians are preparing for the polls.
The Sunday Independent says it appears all parties are gearing up for a general election next Spring.
Fine Gael and Fianna Fail are already getting the wheels in motion for a snap election, although it's unlikely to be before the new year.
Both of the major players are keen to see the Budget through before any definite decisions are made.
Political Correspondent, Philip Ryan, says it's probable an election will take place well in advance of the scheduled end to the parties confidence and supply agreement:
Despite a snap election being on the cards for Spring, the polls still show the public is still fragmented on who they'll vote for.
As it stands no party would be expected to secure an overall majority.
