Warnings for heavy rainfall have been issued for counties Wicklow and Waterford.
The 24-hour alert will be in place from 3 am on Thursday until 3am on Friday.
Met Éireann is warning of spells of very heavy rain falling on already saturated ground, which could lead to localised flooding.
The warnings also coincide with high river levels and high tides.

The alert for Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Louth, Wexford, Monaghan and Tipperary is also in effect from 3 am on Thursday until 3 am on Friday.
Met Éireann is also warning of localised flooding, river flooding and difficult travel conditions.
A weather advisory remains in place for the entire country this week until Monday.
Homes, farms and businesses in southern and eastern counties in particular are being told to expect spells of heavy and persistent rainfall.
