A new report says wraps may not be the healthy lunch option we thought they were.
Safefood carried out a study which found some could contain up to 1,000 calories - with also high in fat and salt.
The group is warning that a large chicken tikka wrap with a soft drink and a bag of crisps could mean almost 1,400 calories are eaten at lunchtime alone.
It's advising people to choose fillings like lean meat or fish with lots of salad and veg.
I've been speaking to to Chief Specialist in Nutrition at Safefood Dr Marian Faughnan about what the study revealed:
