It's that time of year again - women across the country will be out pounding the pavement every night of the week training for one of the most anticipated events of the year.
The 35th VHI Women's Mini Marathon is just over three months away and registration opens tomorrow, March 1st.
35,000 women aged 14 to 94 will walk, jog or run the 10K South Dublin course on the June Bank Holiday Monday.
A new route has also be unveiled, which will see the course completely reversed with this year’s event starting on Fitzwilliam Square and finishing on Baggot Street.
It's the biggest all female event of its kind in the world and Ireland’s largest one day charity fundraising event.
Over €200m has been raised for charities all over the country since it began - you can choose to help a worthy cause or you can have a go just to challenge yourself.
Why not get friends and family involved and get fit and healthy together?!
TodayFM is delighted to be sponsoring the event again this year - we'll be pumping out the tunes at the warm up and giving you plenty of motivation along the way.

You'll also find lots of helpful hints and tips on the website about fitness and nutrition.
See you on June 5th - happy training!
