Today marks the twenty year anniversary of Princess Diana's death in Paris.
On the 31 August 1997 it was announced that Diana, Princess of Wales had died after a car she was travelling in crashed in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris. She was just 36 years old.
Her sons, Princes William and Harry, were just 15 and 12 at the time.

Kim Buckley has this report:
Princess Diana's funeral, held less than a week after her shocking death, drew more than a million people to London. Millions more watched on TV.
Due to the sheer scale of public upset, she was given a full state funeral with a lead-lined coffin.
And though she was divorced from Charles and no longer officially a royal, her coffin was draped in the royal standard flag.
Yesterday, William and Harry visited a memorial garden in Kensington Palace to pay tribute to their mother.
