Greater Manchester's police and crime commissioner has called for an inquiry into how a fake bomb was left at Old Trafford after a security training exercise.
Tony Lloyd has called the situation a "fiasco" after fans were forced to leave the stadium just before kick off between Manchester United and Bournemouth.
Greater Manchester Police say the device was accidentally left behind by a private company after a training exercise.
It was found minutes before yesterday's Premier League game against Bournemouth - and led to Old Trafford being evacuated.
