The UK Prime Minister and leader of Britain's Labour party have paid tribute to MP Jo Cox in the constituency where she was killed.

The mother-of-two, 41, was shot and stabbed multiple times in broad daylight while attending a constituency clinic in her home town of Birstall in West Yorkshire yesterday afternoon.
A reminder of safety guidance has been sent out to politicians and campaigning in the referendum on membership of the EU remains suspended until at least Sunday.
