Twitter Announces The Closure Of Vine

Twitter has announced that it's shutting down Vine.

The parent company bought the 6 second video app for 27 million euro before it launched in 2012.

The social media giant has been making losses of more than €334 million a year, and is struggling to find a buyer.

Vine users are now being advised to download and save their clips before it goes offline completely.
