Ulster Bank is cutting 124 jobs as part of a restructuring of its retail branch network.
The announcement comes on the back of yesterday's news that Ulster Bank is selling 900 owner occupier mortgages which are in long term arrears.

Ulster Bank says the redundancies will be volunteer led and that 23 new position are coming on stream in its branch network.
But the Financial Services Union is opposing the move saying it will exacerbate understaffing issues which will impact customers.
