Aer Lingus has told the family of a courier driver who died in one of its warehouses three years ago that it deeply regrets what happened.
The airline was fined €€250,000 for failing to implement safety procedures in relation to a loading bay used by drivers after-hours.

John Murray, a 55-year-old married father-of two from Skerries in Dublin, died when he fell from the platform after picking up some packages.
The court heard Aer Lingus had identified it as a risk seven years beforehand.
