It's emerged that we spend nearly two years of our lives hungover.
A new study has discovered most people spend around five hours a week feeling rough after a few drinks, with Sunday being the worst day for it.
The average 18 to 24 year old will get a hangover twice a week and take 6 hours to recover.
But when you're older, it takes an average of 7 hours to feel better.
The study also finds it takes women an hour longer to recover from a hangover, than men.
