Andrea Corr is undeniably a household name - as a musician part one of Ireland’s most famous exports The Corrs, as an actress and now she has published her first memoir 'Barefoot Pilgrimage'.

Andrea joined Alison on Weekend Breakfast to talk about her new book where she opens up about her childhood and the memories of her parents and family.

The book is illustrated with personal photographs and original poems throughout and has been called a very personal memoir - at times very funny, at times deeply moving.
