For Dave's World, Dave celebrated John Williams' 90th birthday by giving us a sample of some of the iconic scores he composed for some of the biggest and most successful movies ever made! The man has been nominated for 52 Academy Awards, winning five; six Emmy Awards, winning three; 25 Golden Globe Awards, winning four; 71 Grammy Awards, winning 25; and has received seven British Academy Film Awards. Not a bad C.V.
Also, his son is the lead singer of Toto!
