Bank Holidays are serious craic. The extra day off (if you're lucky enough to miss the Monday) gives you the license to push the boat out a bit further and give it socks Sunday night too.
But it's like Isaac Newton's third law of motion states; "what goes up must come down" and come Bank Holiday Tuesdays - lots of people come down with a bang.
So on this morning's Dermot and Dave, being the saviours they are, the lads wanted to help you through this tough time.
They gave buddy of the show davidji a Skype call to find out if he had a piece of meditation to suit our needs. And of course he had something to get us back into an uplifting frame of mind.
Here he is on the show last year:
davidji is an internationally recognised stress-management and meditation expert who helps with mindfulness across the globe.
The spiritual guide gave us some top advice, like how he feels we should have "everything in moderation - including moderation" and how we "need to occasionally bust out", which tends to happen over a Bank Holiday.
He held a 3-minute 'Acceptance meditation' live on air. This form of reflection is to help with the conflicting thoughts in ones mind.
Check out his 3-minute wonder here:
He sure does have a voice "like the first sip of a pint of Guinness".You can listen to the chat in full by pressing the play button in the image at the top of the page.
