'Body dysmorphia' is a term we are hearing more and more about in this country, but what does it actually mean?

Barry Murphy, of Bodyhwhys.ie, discusses the disorder on Dermot and Dave's #MindYourselfNow, where he describes it as a "burning sense of preoccupation that a person feels some part of them, or more than one part of them, is flawed in some way".

People who suffer from the condition feel disgusted with themselves and seek change via surgery and other obsessive compulsive tendencies.
